Terms of service
These terms govern access to the Elenchia platform during the early-access period.

This is a plain-language summary intended for the early-access period. It is not a substitute for a negotiated agreement; design partners sign a separate contract that takes precedence over this page.
1. Early access status
The platform is under active development. Features described on this site as being in development are not warranted to arrive on any timetable, and functionality available today may change. Availability targets are not guaranteed during early access.
2. Your obligations
You must comply with the acceptable use policy, which forms part of these terms. In particular you warrant that you own, or hold written authorisation to test, every application you submit to the platform. You are responsible for all activity conducted under your account.
3. Your content and test data
Applications you upload, workflows you create, and evidence generated by your runs remain yours. We process them to operate the service and to support you. We do not use your applications or captured traffic to train models, and we do not disclose them to third parties except where required by law.
4. Evidence retention
Screen recordings, screenshots, captured network traffic and session backups are retained for the period agreed in your engagement and deleted afterwards. You may request earlier deletion at any time.
5. Findings are not a guarantee
Security testing reduces risk; it does not eliminate it. No assessment — ours included — establishes that an application is free of vulnerabilities. Output from the platform is evidence to inform your own judgement, not a certification.
6. Suspension
We may suspend access immediately where we have reasonable grounds to believe the acceptable use policy has been breached, or where continued operation would expose us or a third party to legal risk.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability arising from use of the platform during early access is limited to the fees paid for the engagement in question. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
8. Changes
We will give notice of material changes to these terms to the contact address on your account before they take effect.
