This site sets no cookies and runs no third-party analytics, advertising or tracking scripts. Pages are static HTML; nothing about your visit is profiled.

The early-access form

If you submit the early-access form we receive the name, email address, company, role and description you provide. We use it solely to respond to your application and to assess fit for the programme. We do not sell it, and we do not add you to unrelated marketing.

Applications that do not proceed are deleted within twelve months. You may ask us to delete yours sooner.

Platform data

For customers, evidence generated by test runs — recordings, screenshots, captured traffic, session state — may contain personal data belonging to test accounts. It is retained for the period agreed in your engagement and then deleted. It is not used to train models. See the terms for the full position.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to hello@elenchia.com and we will respond within thirty days.
